Several pages offer a short emailed deliverable — a checklist, or a cost breakdown built from numbers you typed into a calculator. Asking for one sends you that one email and nothing else.

Separately, you can ask for the few-a-month notes. That is an unticked checkbox, never pre-selected, and ticking it does not subscribe you: it sends a confirmation email, and you join the list only if you click the link in it. The link expires after seven days.

Who stores it. The list is held by Resend (resend.com), which also sends every email from this site. Against your address we store the page that captured it and the date you confirmed. We do not store your IP address against your list entry.

What it is used for. Sending the notes. Nothing else. The list is not sold, shared, rented or used to target advertising, and there is no automated sequence.

How long. Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete the record.

How to leave. Every list email carries a one-click unsubscribe link and the matching List-Unsubscribe headers, so your mail client can do it for you. You can also reply “stop” to any email, or write to info@hikmahtech.in. It reaches a person, not a queue.

The separate one-off emails above are transactional: you asked for a specific thing and it was sent. Those addresses are stored as enquiries in our own database, and are not added to the list.

We invite people to email us a cloud data-warehouse cost or usage export so we can reply with what we would investigate first. Sending one is entirely optional and there is no upload form: it arrives as an email attachment to info@hikmahtech.in.

What we receive. Whatever you choose to send — usually the output of the open-source warehouse-teardown tool, which is aggregates rather than query text, or an export from your billing console, or a screenshot. We do not ask for credentials and we never want them, and we do not connect to your systems.

Where it is kept. In our email account and, while we are reading it, on a work machine. It is not uploaded anywhere, not put through any third-party analysis service, and not shared with anyone.

How long. Deleted within 90 days of the reply, or sooner if you ask. To have it deleted immediately, reply to our email and say so.

Publication. If a finding is worth writing up, we will ask you first and publish only what you approve, with your company and any identifying details removed. No written permission, no publication.

Sending an export does not put you on any list and does not schedule a sales call.
