How I Work

The mechanics of hiring me — an India-based solo consultant — written down so you don't have to ask. If anything here doesn't fit how your company buys, say so on the scoping call; most of it is convention, not law.

Working hours

I work from Navi Mumbai, India (IST). My overlap hours are UK afternoons and US East Coast mornings, every working day. Calls are scheduled inside the overlap; everything else moves async.

Communication

Async by default: decisions and status live in writing, not meetings. You get one named contact — me — and a written note every week saying what moved, what is stuck and what happens next.

Payment terms

USD invoices, paid by Wise or card. Half up front, the rest net 14. The audit is the exception: if day one shows no credible opportunity, the fee is refunded in full.

Contracts, IP and liability

You own everything I deliver — code, docs, models, dashboards. I keep my general methods and open-source tools. A short services agreement caps my liability at the fees you have paid.
