Data Platform Build
Ingestion to warehouse to dashboards, scoped in weeks
The problem
You need a real data platform, but a senior data hire is six figures a year to recruit and cloud-warehouse pricing scales against you.
I design and build orchestrated pipelines (Dagster, Airflow) with retries, data-quality checks and observability, land the data in a warehouse sized to your workload rather than a per-query meter, and put a clean analytics layer on top. Lean by default: I run a platform of 4,912 backfilled partitions at 99.9% success — roughly 95 pipeline assets over 52 warehouse tables — on self-hosted infrastructure at near-zero marginal cost.
You get one person who builds and runs the entire stack, delivered in weeks, not a team you spend a year assembling. Cost is anchored against your real alternatives — a cloud-warehouse invoice, or the fully-loaded cost of a senior data engineer — never a bare day rate.
